UoMaH is delighted to announce the appointment of Professor Timothy Burnett as the new Deputy Director for 51福利社 at Harwell. Tim is Professor of Materials and Imaging and has been running the Henry Moseley X-ray Imaging Facility since 2016 and since 2020 has also been the Director of the National X-ray CT facility (NXCT). He is interested in 3D imaging and especially joining different length scales and modalities together in correlative imaging. He is also leading research in the area of hydrogen embrittlement of high strength aluminium alloys.
